Wonderful Place! Keystone Villa is a great community!
My parents moved into Keystone after it was no longer viable for them to live in their own home. The staff have been wonderful, the apartment is very bright, clean and comfortable, and the food is consistently good. They were also able to keep their dog with them, which has made their transition smoother. I feel confident that they are in a caring, well-appointed community that will support them as their needs become more complex. This has made a huge difference for the family as a whole.
The staff at Keystone Villa at Douglassville are caring and kind. You can see that they really love their job. They treat their residents as if they were their own family. I highly recommend this community.
I have family members who live at Keystone Villa Douglassville independent living building. They love it there. I can not believe how their lives changed, from napping much of day to going all day long on trips, happy hours, they made many friends. Thank you to the staff who has helped them feel like home.
I have recently moved to Keystone Villa in Douglassville and am very satisfied with the friendly and engaged staff, the dietary selections and the many entertainment and activity selections. Keystone has exceeded my expectations. I am well satisfied overall.
Staff is always kind and helpful. My nurse provides me with the best care and there is always something to do in activities, my favorite is lunch outings, music and bingo.
After living alone for 26 years after the passing of my husband, I realized maintaining my home and yard was becoming difficult, Keystone Villa at Douglassville was the only retirement facility I looked at and I didn't want to look further. I moved in and felt at home immediately. All of the staff welcomed me and have done all they could to make me comfortable and safe ever since.
