Kara Dobson
Kara has a passion for working with seniors. Kara has a career spanning 25 years working in personal care, memory care, skilled nursing, and hospice care. Kara holds a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University. Most recently Kara led our sister community, Keystone Villa at Fleetwood, as the Executive Director for ten years.
While at home, Kara and her husband stay busy keeping up with their son and daughter running between golf matches, baseball games, basketball games, dance classes and piano lessons.
Rose Anne Klementisz
Rose Anne Klementisz is the Executive Director of the Independent Living Care team at Keystone Villa at Douglassville. Rose Anne graduated from Alvernia University with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree and owned a wellness-based business for 20 years in Skippack where she and her husband raised their two children. She then combined her background in healthcare and service to focus on Senior Living, particularly for families seeking Personal and Memory Care.

Rose Anne and her family now live in Phoenixville where she serves on the Board of Directors for both the Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce and the Phoenixville Free Clinic. She loves yoga, hiking, and spending time with friends and family, especially her granddaughter!
Jen Moyer
Jen joined Keystone Villa at Douglassville in October of 2024. Jen is not new to Senior Care having over 20 years of experience owning and operating a non-medical home care company. Jen lives in Berks County with her husband, 2 children and 2 dogs. “I am so very fortunate to wake up every morning knowing that there is someone who I can help or inspire with a word of encouragement or a touch of love to warm their heart.
Jennelle Jamison
Jennelle coordinates training and oversight for newly hired staff, as well as ongoing training and oversight for the veteran staff. She oversees the operational systems of the nursing office and the licensed professional nursing staff to ensure residents receive the ongoing support they need from internal and external care providers.Jennelle is certified trained through Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care, one of America’s leading educators on dementia. She also completed her Personal Care Administrator’s Training in 2023 and has been an integral part of the Heritage Senior Living family for 12 years.
Michelle Getzfread
Michelle comes from Plymouth Meeting and is a proud mom of three beautiful children. With years of experience in the medical field, she has worked in both doctors’ offices and long-term care settings, bringing compassion and skill to every role. A proud Penn State graduate, Michelle earned her LPN and wears her Nittany Lion pride loud and proud — WE ARE! In her spare time, Michelle enjoys relaxing with her family and watching Netflix. She is known for her compassionate and caring nature, and she has a special passion for working with the aging population, particularly those living with dementia.
Saige Via
Saige joins Keystone Villa at Douglassville as Assistant Resident Care Director.
She has been an integral part of the Heritage Senior Living family since May of 2013. Starting as a receptionist, she found her heart to be closer to the daily lives of the residents and soon became a caregiver, med-tech, supervisor, and recently 7 years as Clinical Care Coordinator.
In Saige’s words “at heart, I will always be a caregiver no matter what role I am in. My love for this job comes from the resident’s that we serve and their families so my biggest motto is the “resident’s ALWAYS come first”. Outside of work Saige and fiancé, Levi, are busy with Linkin and Kota. Saige looks forward to sharing many smiles as she focuses to communicate and bridge the care and health of our residents with their families.
Theresa Sheriff
Teri has been working in the dining services industry for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in working in senior living communities and has a proven knowledge of customer satisfaction, food sanitation, safety and food preparation. Her goal is to provide exceptional food service to the reisdents of Keystone Villa Douglassville.
Roxann Lawhorne
With 20 years’ experience as a business office manager, 16 of those years based in healthcare, Roxann brings a strong background centered in human resources and employee relations to the Keystone Villa Team. She takes pride in her commitment to our residents and families at work and outside of work, she is a Mother of 2 and a Grandmother of 3 who loves spending time camping and at the beach with her husband.
Jillian Nabozny
Jillian joins Keystone Villa at Douglassville as the Resident Life Director. She is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Gerontology. With twenty years of experience in senior living, Jillian has a true passion for enriching the lives of older adults. She incorporates the 7 Dimensions of Wellness to design well-rounded, engaging, and meaningful recreational programming for residents. In her free time, Jillian enjoys baking and outdoor activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and snowboarding.
Wayne Schillings
Wayne has over 35+ years’ experience in the building maintenance field and has spent the last 24 years in the director’s position in the healthcare environment. He has extensive backgrounds in electrical, HVAC, and building safety systems. Wayne joined the Keystone Villa team in 2021 and continues his enjoyment of working within the senior living community.
When not at work, Wayne can be found spending time with his wife and family, camping, and enjoying life. He is a long time Phillies fan and enjoys watching and going to baseball games.
